Perfect salmon day!

Another private charter of 2 decided to fish for King Salmon today.  We ventured into our Bay and found large pods of feeding humpbacks with bait balls everywhere. We trolled most of the morning losing the first 3 fish and then finally boating a nice 17lb. Heading back to Santa Cruz we stopped near another large pod of whales and bait balls where we landed a double header of 18lb Salmon for a total of 3 fish. Conditions were as good as it gets with air at 65′ and water at 54′. No wind, no sea, no swell. Next week is our final window before commercial Salmon opens. Book now before they’re all gone.
